About the role

Assist in administering a competitive Division I Men’s Basketball program that adheres to all University, Horizon League, and NCAA rules and regulations while providing a safe and accepting environment for student-athletes to grow and develop academically, athletically and one which encourages personal responsibility, sportsmanship and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of men’s basketball travel.
• On and off campus recruiting at direction of Head Coach.
• Responsible for all aspects of film exchange.
• Responsible for the supervision of men’s basketball graduate assistants and student managers.
• Assist in on-court activities as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
• Employment: Six months to two years (Equivalent combination of education and employment).

• Well-polished communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• Willing and able to drive 15 passenger vans.
