About the role
Oversee and manage construction projects within the business services industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Manage procurement and allocation of resources for projects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and reports.
- Manage industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality, and client relationships.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while resolving issues, managing risks, and driving successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience managing construction projects in the business services industry.
