About The Danvers Treatment Center

The Danvers Treatment Center is a medically monitored addiction program offering 24/7 nursing care for people undergoing withdrawal from alcohol or other substances. You'll work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values communication, learning, and compassionate care. Our care model includes:

Your Role: Addiction Medicine Registered Nurse

As an Addiction Medicine Nurse, your presence helps patients feel safe, supported, and hopeful during a vulnerable time.

• Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and overall care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on individualized treatment plans
• Promote a therapeutic environment that supports patients' physical and emotional well‑being
• Administer and monitor medications according to established protocols

What We're Looking For

• Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR certification
• Background in addiction medicine, medical‑surgical nursing, or mental health nursing (preferred)
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice
• Ability to provide culturally competent, equitable care to diverse and underserved populations
