About the role
Under general supervision, employees in this class perform highly responsible, specialized and technical office support activities; explain rules, policies and operations related to department records, programs and services; may serve as a leadworker and provide training and work assignments to a group of office support staff; may perform initial application screening interviews; and perform related work as required.

Requirements
- Two years of full-time experience, or the equivalent, performing general office support work in an office environment, with one year at the journey level
