About the role
The role involves managing and enhancing the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications. Responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, PowerDMS.com, and related applications.
- Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security.
- Conduct research on social, economic, and sectoral employment and hiring trends.
- Facilitate payroll and tax Services for Customers.
- Detect and prevent fraud.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web development tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
Schedule
