Job Summary

Teph Seal Auto Appearance is seeking Detail Specialists to join our team. This position involves maintaining facilities, providing high-quality service, and performing tasks such as washing, waxing, and cleaning vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facilities of the store to produce high quality service.
• Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality service/products, courteous employees, and quick response to all customer inquiries and/or complaints.
• Drive, detail, and clean vehicles.
• Use manual dexterity and bodily coordination to perform tasks including washing the exterior of vehicles, waxing and buffing, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery and surfaces, using air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces, applying preservation chemicals, and removing grease from engines or engine compartments.
• May be required to use different types of dyes, paints, and waxes to protect the leather or fabric of vehicles.
• Work with and move numerous vehicles during the course of the working day.
• Receive detailed information through oral communication.
• Quality inspect work and that of other team members.
• Work with a sense of urgency that demonstrates the value we place on our customers' time.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Detail Specialist 1 requires some experience, while Detail Specialist 2 requires 2 plus years experience.
• Qualifications: Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Skills: Ability to learn quickly, work as part of a team, read and comprehend instructions, treat customers' personal vehicles with care and respect, come to work on time, drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles, and work Saturdays and holidays as needed.
