We provide a collaborative work place with growth opportunities for career minded individuals. key words car detailer / auto detailer / automotive detailer / car washer / detailing / dealership / full time / part time / f/t / p/t We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit application instructions but we can ignore. We need to produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: Could be introductory paragraph about the role: "Are you a team player..." and description of positions. Could be considered about the role. We'll include. - Responsibilities: tasks like maintain facilities, ensure customers serviced, driving, detailing, cleaning vehicles, washing exterior, wax/buff, vacuum interior, clean upholstery, use air compressors, apply preservation chemicals, use dyes/paints/waxes, clean grease on engines, flexible additional duties. Also maybe "Working Conditions" could be part of responsibilities or separate but we don't have a heading for Working Conditions; we can include under Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe "The ideal candidate will have A valid driver's license..." etc. Also "Must be flexible and willing able to carry out additional duties". That's more requirement. Also "Ability to learn quickly", "Ability to work as part of a team", etc. Also "Ability to read and comprehend instructions". Also "Desire to treat each customer’s personal vehicle with great care and respect". Also "Willingness to come to work on time and stay on task". Also "Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles". Also "Availability to work Saturday or Sunday and holidays". Also "Commitment to report to work on time and stay on task". Also "Teph Seal is a Drug-Free Workplace. All employment is contingent on successful completion of drug and background screening." That's a requirement. - Qualifications: maybe "Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience Detail Specialist 2 - 2 plus years experience". Also maybe "valid driver's license". But we can treat experience as qualifications. - Skills: maybe manual dexterity, bodily coordination, ability to distinguish small imperfections, ability to quality inspect, sense of urgency, clarity of vision and hearing, etc. - Benefits: "We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package... Medical, Dental, Vision Plans, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match. We provide a collaborative work place with growth opportunities for career minded individuals." - Pay: "Compensation FLAT RATE". That's specific: flat rate. We can include Pay section with that. - Schedule: maybe mention availability to work Saturday or Sunday and holidays as needed. Also maybe "full time / part time". The keywords include full time/part time. So schedule could be indicated: availability to work weekends/holidays, full/part time. We'll include schedule. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific tasks, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Detail Specialist. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We need to remove duplicated lines. There's some duplication maybe "Ability to work as part of a team" appears twice? Actually appears in ideal candidate list and also maybe elsewhere. We'll deduplicate. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Teph Seal is a Drug-Free Workplace..." that's not boilerplate? It's a requirement; we can keep. We need to avoid including "key words ..." maybe that's not substantive; could be considered metadata but it's not required. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a list of keywords; could be considered not essential. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Keywords maybe not required but could be considered metadata; but it's not explicitly prohibited. However "key words car detailer / auto detailer ..." could be considered not substantive; but we could drop it as it's not a section. Safer to drop. Now construct sections. About the role: maybe a paragraph: "Are you a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service and who performs well in a fast paced work environment? Looking for the following position Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience Detail Specialist 2 - 2 plus years experience Maintain the facilities of the store to produce high quality service. Our strong team of dedicated professionals is our most powerful asset, allowing us to develop dynamic detail solutions for a wide variety of auto dealerships. Our culture of challenging the status quo makes each employee a key contributor to our success and a vital part of our thriving entrepreneurial-minded company culture." That seems like about the role. Responsibilities: list of duties: "The detailer will use their manual dexterity and bodily coordination to perform an array of tasks, including washing the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions, may also wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines, vacuum interior of automobiles to remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals to surfaces for protection against spots and stains. May be required to use different types of dyes, paints and waxes to protect the leather or fabric of vehicles. May also be required to clean and remove grease on engines or engine compartments. Must be flexible and willing able to carry out additional duties as assigned by management due to operational needs." Also maybe "Working Conditions" details: physically demanding position requires frequent movement; i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift. May require completion of work outdoors and under varying climate conditions. Will work with and move numerous vehicles during the course of the working day. Use of safe and OSHA approved waxes and cleaners such as, window cleaner, tar remover, tire shine, etc. Frequent and continual flexing of spine, hands, wrists and fingers. Work with a sense of urgency that demonstrates the value we place on our customers' time. Strict adherence to our uniform and grooming standards. We could include those under Responsibilities as they are duties/conditions. Requirements: list: "A valid driver's license and a good driving record. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Desire to treat each customer’s personal vehicle with great care and respect. The willingness to come to work on time and stay on task when on the clock. The ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles. The availability to work Saturday or Sunday and holidays as deemed necessary to meet production needs. Commitment to report to work on time and stay on task during shift. Teph Seal is a Drug-Free Workplace. All employment is contingent on successful completion of drug and background screening." Qualifications: maybe "Detail Specialist 1 - Some experience Detail Specialist 2 - 2 plus years experience". Also maybe "valid driver's license" but that's already in requirements. We'll keep experience as qualifications. Skills: maybe "Manual dexterity and bodily coordination. Ability to distinguish small imperfections in work.
