About the role

Teph Seal Auto Appearance is seeking Detail Specialists to join our team. This position involves maintaining facilities to deliver high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing tasks like washing, waxing, and cleaning vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities to produce high quality service
• Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction
• Perform tasks such as washing, waxing, and cleaning vehicles
• Use various cleaning solutions, cloths, and buffing machines
• Handle tasks like applying preservation chemicals and removing grease from engines
• Work with a sense of urgency and treat each customer's vehicle with care and respect
• Work with a team and be flexible to complete additional duties as needed

Requirements

• Some experience for Detail Specialist 1
• 2+ years experience for Detail Specialist 2
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team
• Desire to treat each customer's personal vehicle with great care and respect
• The willingness to come to work on time and stay on task when on the clock
• The ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles
• The availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
• Commitment to reporting to work on time and staying on task during shifts

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and bodily coordination
• Flexibility and willingness to handle additional duties
• Physical demands including frequent movement, bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into/out of various vehicles
• Outdoor work and varying climate conditions
• Use of safe and OSHA-approved waxes and cleaners
• Clear vision and hearing
• Ability to distinguish small imperfections in work
• Quality inspection skills
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
