Positions Available

Detail Specialist 1 – some experience
Detail Specialist 2 – 2 plus years experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facilities of the store to produce high‑quality service.
• Drive, detail, and clean vehicles, including washing exteriors with various cleaning solutions.
• Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum interiors to remove dirt and debris; clean upholstery and surfaces.
• Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals for protection against spots and stains.
• Apply dyes, paints, and waxes to protect leather or fabric as needed.
• Clean and remove grease from engines or engine compartments.
• Flexibly carry out additional duties assigned by management to meet operational needs.
• Provide exemplary customer service, responding quickly to inquiries or complaints and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding role requiring frequent bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into/out of vehicles.
• Work may be performed outdoors and under varying climate conditions.
• Movement of numerous vehicles throughout the shift.
• Use of OSHA‑approved waxes and cleaners (e.g., window cleaner, tar remover, tire shine).
• Frequent flexing of spine, hands, wrists, and fingers; occasional lifting or carrying of up to 50 lb.
• Constant oral communication and detailed information exchange.
• Requirement for clear vision and hearing; ability to spot small imperfections such as streaks, smudges, or missed vacuuming.
• Quality inspection of own work and that of team members.
• Sense of urgency to respect customers’ time.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and read/comprehend instructions.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
• Desire to treat each customer’s vehicle with great care and respect.
• Punctuality and ability to stay on task during shifts.
• Capability to drive both automatic and manual‑shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed to meet production demands.
• Commitment to report to work on time and remain focused throughout the shift.
• Successful completion of drug screening and background check (Teph Seal is a drug‑free workplace).
