Detailer - Bridgewater Collision

Qualifications

• Previous detailing or automotive experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow processes and communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail customer vehicles before delivery; assist with washing and preparing vehicles throughout the repair process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, production areas, customer areas, and exterior of the facility.
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris to support a safe, professional working environment.
• Monitor inventory of detailing products, cleaning supplies, and other shop materials.
• Notify management when supplies are low and need to be reordered.
• Assist with receiving and checking in parts deliveries; inspect incoming parts for visible damage at the time of delivery.
• Verify that all parts listed on the invoice were received and properly label and organize parts immediately upon delivery, ensuring they are assigned to the correct repair order.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect parts to management immediately.
• Assist production and management teams with other duties as needed to keep the repair process moving efficiently.
