Detailer

About the role

Lithia Honda is expanding its team to accommodate increased demand and enhance the customer experience. We are currently seeking an ambitious Detailer who can deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.
• Clean the exterior and interior of the vehicle.
• Clean engine and engine compartments.
• Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects and restore the appearance of engine area, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces.
• Prepare and apply vehicle protection packages.
• Complete all work assignments according to applicable safety measures.
• Restore the appearance of vehicles to new or like-new condition to the best of your ability.
• Review repairs before delivering the vehicle to the customer to ensure the quality of work.
• Bring any issues with the work performed to the attention of your supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• A sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.

Pay

$18.00 per flat rate hour.
