Detailer

About the role

Camping World is seeking a Technician Detailer for its growing team. This role offers a hybrid schedule, blending varied day-to-day tasks within the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Clean RVs inside and outside
• Prepare RVs for customer purchase and showroom floor
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform light mechanical work such as installing batteries, applying putty sticks, applying silicone, helping hang awnings, etc.
• May cross-train to perform other duties (driving forklifts, etc.)
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Housekeeping or car detailing experience is preferred
• Experience in light mechanical work
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
• May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
• Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness

Pay

Reasonable estimate of the current range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
