Detail Quality Control Representative

About the Role

CarShop is seeking an experienced Automotive Quality Control Associate to play a critical role in our reconditioning process, ensuring every vehicle meets CarShop's quality standards and is ready for retail sale. This position directly impacts the customer experience and our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet CarShop's quality standards and retail readiness requirements
• Identify cosmetic, detailing, or quality deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with the Detail Department
• Communicate quality concerns and recommendations to service and sales teams
• Verify vehicles meet standards outlined in the CarShop Quality Control Manual
• Assist the Photography Team with capturing vehicle images as needed
• Support the Detail Department during periods of increased business demand
• Maintain accurate quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Help ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing, reconditioning, or quality control experience required
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
• Proven ability to meet commitments and achieve performance goals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing

Pay

$17.00 per hour
