What You'll Do

• Apply automotive undercoating using company-approved procedures and equipment.
• Assist with spray-in bedliner installations as needed.
• Ensure every vehicle meets Kocourek's quality standards before delivery.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor chemical and supply inventory for spray operations.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Clock in and out daily to track spray schedules.
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and installation specifications.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Wear company-provided uniforms and represent Kocourek professionally.
• Assist with additional detail and service-related duties as assigned.
