Dessert Bakery Chef

About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area; we recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Create and trial new dessert recipes while mastering tried-and-true favorites
• Bake high-volume desserts in a state-of-the-art facility
• Participate in catered events to showcase new ideas and techniques
• Work autonomously with support from the team and opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles

Requirements

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate
