Dessert Bakery Chef

About the role

Work alongside talented and passionate culinary professionals to compose and scratch-bake desserts like cookies, cakes, pies, and more in our state-of-the-art facility. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Create and trial new dessert recipes while mastering established favorites
• Bake in a high-volume professional setting
• Participate in catered events to showcase new creations and support Epic’s hosted gatherings
• Collaborate with a team while maintaining a high level of autonomy
• Grow into leadership and management roles over time

Requirements

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume
• Dessert baking experience preferred
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate

Schedule

Full-time hours with a 5 am–7 am start time, Monday through Friday
