Deskundig Toezichthouder Asbest (DTA-er)

About the role

NIVO Asbest & Milieutechniek is looking for a Deskundig Toezichthouder Asbest (DTA-er). Are you available from Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week? Then we might be looking for you!

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to DAV-ers during asbestos work on the project.
• Ensure that the correct tools are available at the worksite (in consultation with the project leader).
• Ensure that employees comply with regulations (SC 530) and company rules while performing work.
• Review and verify the work plan, including relevant documents such as an asbestos inventory report, upon commencement of work.
• Fill out and maintain the work plan correctly.
• Report to the client if required documents are incomplete or the situation differs from the work plan.
• Represent government officials, clients, and certified institutions.
• Communicate promptly, accurately, and comprehensively with the operational manager about progress or any disruptions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Deskundig Toezichthouder Asbest is mandatory.
• You should be open to further training and/or courses.
• Self-sufficient and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• A flexible attitude and not a 9-to-5 mindset.
• Two-handed to also handle restoration work.
• A team player with good communication skills.
• VCA Vol & BHV.
• Road license B.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented.
