Desktop Technician
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoots end user desktop application issues and provides appropriate solution.
- Provide in person/onsite support.
- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of the end user and ensures their satisfaction.
- Supports and maintains effective relationships with users.
- Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to remote IT support.
- Supports and maintains effective relationships with users.
- Develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to remote IT support.
- Communicates with end users at all levels of technical and non-technical skills sets.
- Follows all standard operating procedures (SOP) through the effective use of Knowledge management.

About the role
This is a Contract position based out of Morganton, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $24.00/hr.
