Desktop Technician

About the role

Our client is seeking a Desktop Technician to work in a fast‑paced environment on 2nd shift, based in Tyler, TX. The role involves supporting hardware deployments, password resets, break/fix on hardware, upgrading software, workstation setups, application support, interfacing with other teams, and networking troubleshooting. Reimaging experience is required, and you will work with Windows computers, printers, and related devices.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware deployments and reimaging
• Perform password resets and break/fix on hardware
• Upgrade software and configure workstations
• Provide application support
• Interface with other teams
• Conduct networking troubleshooting
• Support Windows computers, printers, mobile devices, handheld scanners, etc.

Requirements

• 3‑5 years of desktop support experience
• Experience with deployments, reimaging, and hardware/network troubleshooting
• Hands‑on support of laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, handheld scanners
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Office 365, and Active Directory
• Reimaging experience is a must
• Ability to work 2nd shift

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.

Schedule

2nd shift, fully onsite in Tyler, TX.
