THE POSITION
As the Desktop Support Technician, you will:
- Delivers IS support through the management of the desktop support processes
- Provides outstanding customer service to end-users on hardware, software, and network problems, questions or issues
- Troubleshoots problems with operating systems, applications, remote access, email, and telephone and wireless issues

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong proficiency in database network-related fundamentals
- 2+ years of experience in the IT field supporting 100+ users
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience troubleshooting PC desktop issues is required
- CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ are preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends per business needs (on-call)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 25 pounds with no support regularly
