About the role
Provide technical support to end-users in a fast-paced environment. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with user training, and maintain system documentation.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues
- Train users on new systems and applications
- Document system configurations and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common software tools
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
Skills
- Technical proficiency in Windows and related technologies
