Desktop Support Technician

Position: Desktop Support Technician Compensation: $24 - $29/hour, depending on experience Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys a mix of desk-side support and helpdesk work. You’ll support end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment with strong team culture and steady day-to-day variety. Key Responsibilities & Duties Provide desktop and helpdesk support to end usersTroubleshoot computers, monitors, printers, and peripheralsSupport Windows 10 and 11 environmentsAssist with networking and application issuesPerform user administration and Active Directory tasksHandle imaging and device setupSupport onsite users across the metro areaParticipate in an on-call rotationDocument issues and follow through to resolution Required Qualifications & Experience Experience in desktop support or helpdesk supportStrong troubleshooting skills for hardware and softwareWorking knowledge of Windows 10 and 11Experience with printers, peripherals, and monitorsBasic networking support experienceUser administration and Active Directory experienceImaging and device deployment experienceAbility to work onsite full-timeComfortable with occasional on-call support Nice To Have Skills & Experience Experience supporting both field and phone-based requestsFamiliarity with remote issue resolutionExperience working in utility or enterprise environmentsAbility to support occasional local travel Perks & Benefits 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary, Short-term and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card deposit Other Information Onsite schedule with no remote flexibilityStandard hours fall within a weekday shift windowOccasional local travel may be requiredVery occasional overnight travel may occurOn-call coverage is expected approximately one week per monthInterviews are preferred onsite, with virtual available if needed If you are interested in learning more about the Desktop Support Technician opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
