About The Role

Responsibilities

• Set up new computers and monitors
• Replace old computers with new equipment
• Aid users with basic computer issues
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
• Install and update software
• Help with password resets and basic account support
• Move and connect computer equipment as needed
• Provide friendly customer service to hospital staff
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned

Requirements
