About The Role

Provide technical and operational support to traders and front-office users, ensuring high availability of trading applications, market data platforms, and trading floor infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support to traders and front-office users ensuring high availability of trading applications, market data platforms, and trading floor infrastructure
• Support trading and market data platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv/Eikon, Reuters, Fidessa, and OMS/EMS applications
• Troubleshoot issues related to trading applications, market data feeds, desktops, laptops, and multi-monitor workstations
• Provide onsite and remote support to traders in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, ensuring SLA compliance
• Coordinate with application, network, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution
• Perform software installations, upgrades, user access management, and hardware deployments
• Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based support processes
• Support Bloomberg, Refinitiv/Eikon, Reuters, and trading floor technologies

Requirements

• Strong Windows/Mac devices support and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• 4-8 years in Trader Support, Front Office Support, or Financial Services IT Support
• Experience supporting Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or Brokerage environments

$139,000 – $155,000
