Deskside Support
We're looking for a highly customer-focused Service Desk Analyst with at least 1 year of experience providing hands-on deskside and help desk support in a corporate environment. This position is heavily focused on supporting end users in person, so candidates must have demonstrated experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, account access, and peripheral issues directly with employees at their desks.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems), password resets, device deployments, printers, laptops, desktops, docking stations, and basic networking connectivity issues. Candidates should be comfortable owning tickets from creation through resolution, documenting their work thoroughly, and providing timely updates to users throughout the support process.
Success in this role requires someone who enjoys working face-to-face with end users, has strong communication skills, and can confidently troubleshoot technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service. The team is looking for a hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on deskside support for hardware, software, account access, and peripheral issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues directly with employees at their desks
- Support Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Perform password resets, device deployments, and manage printers, laptops, desktops, and docking stations
- Address basic networking connectivity issues
- Own tickets from creation through resolution, documenting work thoroughly
- Provide timely updates to users throughout the support process
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on deskside and help desk support experience in a corporate environment
- End-user facing customer service experience
- Experience with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, and user accounts
- Ability to document, manage, and resolve tickets independently
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.

Schedule
This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, based in Saint Paul, MN.
