Desk Staff - Salon/Spa Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the guest liaison with the Stylist and spa staff to ensure our guests enjoy the ultimate salon & spa experience
• Schedule appointments
• Aid with check-in by explaining salon and spa services
• Conclude the guest visit with a smooth checkout process
• Graciously thank them for their visit

Qualifications

• Available to work any shifts with no restrictions, specifically Saturdays and Sundays
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Positive attitude
• Consistent attendance with excellent work ethic
• Ability to build positive and meaningful relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Strong computer, keyboard and mathematic skills
