Desk Services Associate/Healthplex

Position Summary

Responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment to members and guests as they check-in to the Healthplex while assisting with registrations, questions, and directions.

Position Requirements

• Certifications: American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR/AED certification.
• Special Skills: Customer service-oriented, phone etiquette, computer skills, critical thinking and able to relate to members and guests.
• Experience: One to two years customer service experience and point of sale experience preferred.
• Other: Must be able to maintain a minimum availability of two 4-6 hour shifts per week. The employee may need to work early mornings, evenings and/or weekends to ensure center goals are met.
