The Role
- Create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere with a focus on creating traffic into the showroom.
- Work with each salesperson, ALL incoming leads, work on specific goals and objectives that are set and established.
- Guards the showroom.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Knows how to sell an appointment.
- Strong closer for when taking a TO.
- Well organized.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Perform one-on-one meetings with salespeople.
- Knows how to build HIGH CSI.
- Well versed with CRM.
- Build a rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications
- Seasoned sales digital manager with at least 3 solid years of experience in dealer management systems.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service, high internet closing rates for new and used vehicles.
- Ability to train and motivate a team to become high performers.
- Confidence to train, motivate and develop your staff to ensure they are achieving sales targets and results.
- Written proven results showing customer satisfaction.
