Desk Clerk - FT

Job Summary

Whether they’re traveling near or far, our guests know when they stay at a TA hotel, they’ll be met by welcoming team members who deliver an outstanding guest experience. The Hotel Desk Clerk is key member of the hotel team responsible for providing guests with an accommodating experience by coordinating amenities and responding to the guest’s needs. Their primary duties include greeting guests as they enter the lobby, fielding calls from guests and helping visitors check into their rooms. The Hotel Desk Clerk ensures we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

What we’d like to see:

• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!
• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
• Cash handling skills preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
