About the role
This position oversees the front desk and reception area for a senior living community in Sarasota, FL.
Responsibilities
- Answers phones and greets/directs visitors
- Updates spreadsheets, databases and prepares documents for Administrator
- Prepares the call-out report
- Alerts Administrator to any unusual activity
- Follows and enforces general guidelines of community
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three months related experience and/or training
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
