About the role

This position oversees the front desk and reception area for a senior living community in Sarasota, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Answers phones and greets/directs visitors
  • Updates spreadsheets, databases and prepares documents for Administrator
  • Prepares the call-out report
  • Alerts Administrator to any unusual activity
  • Follows and enforces general guidelines of community

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three months related experience and/or training
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Schedule
