About the role

This role will drive the design process, from concept to delivery. This person will own the design of Performance Socks for the Stance license. The Designer will be responsible for strategy based on consumer and channel insights to drive long-term customer value by delivering premium quality, on brand / on trend newness, and positive in collaboration with Merchandising, Development, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Balance creative vision with volume drivers to achieve revenue performance & profitability.
• Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to drive results through product marketing.
• Seek ways to leverage existing products and innovations throughout the design process.
• Drive delivery against all design dates and gates throughout our GTM cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Merchandising, Development, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to ensure product features and design intent are clearly communicated across all touchpoints.
• Introduce innovative product ideas to drive the Socks business with clear consumer needs.
• Contribute to the seasonal color and pattern direction.
• Knowledge of customer behavior, market trends, and future trend forecasting.
• Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company's needs and operations.
• Attend required training workshops via ADP designated by the supervisor or manager for upskilling or any other performance-related functions based on productivity and monthly check-ins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Product Design, Industrial Design, Textile Design or related field.
• A proven track record in designing products with consumers in mind to achieve revenue goals.
