Responsibilities
- Oversee essential tasks to reach store goals, including opening and closing the store
- Maintain store standards and ensure outstanding customer service
- Achieve sales targets and uphold merchandising standards
- Prioritize building connections by engaging with associates and customers
- Share product knowledge and organize the store to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive sales and enhance customer experience
- Supervise store presentation and sales floor
- Maintain strong communication within the team
- Ensure asset protection and security
Requirements
- Supervisory and customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Self-starter with adaptability and flexibility
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Interest and knowledge in fashion
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders and descend stairs frequently
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
Schedule & Availability
- Work schedule varies based on store needs
- Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Full-time employees usually work 5, 8-hour shifts per work week
- Store Hours: Sunday-Wednesday 10-6 and Thursday-Saturday 10-8
Pay
$18–$20 hourly wage
