Responsibilities

  • Oversee essential tasks to reach store goals, including opening and closing the store
  • Maintain store standards and ensure outstanding customer service
  • Achieve sales targets and uphold merchandising standards
  • Prioritize building connections by engaging with associates and customers
  • Share product knowledge and organize the store to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Supervise store presentation and sales floor
  • Maintain strong communication within the team
  • Ensure asset protection and security

Requirements

  • Supervisory and customer service experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Self-starter with adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Interest and knowledge in fashion
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing
  • Ability to occasionally climb ladders and descend stairs frequently
  • Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance

Schedule & Availability

  • Work schedule varies based on store needs
  • Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Full-time employees usually work 5, 8-hour shifts per work week
  • Store Hours: Sunday-Wednesday 10-6 and Thursday-Saturday 10-8

Pay

$18–$20 hourly wage
