Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans and designs for new developments
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
• Present project proposals to clients and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in land development or similar field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay
