Description
Your Role As a Gensler interiors-focused Designer, you'll combine creativity, storytelling, and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce experience driven spaces for clients. You have exceptional design skills, commercial experience, and a portfolio of innovative design concepts.
What You Will Do
- Perform interior design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation
- Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting
- Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction
- Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
- Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Interior Design
- 1 – 5 years of professional interior design experience
- Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape and other modeling software programs
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas

Pay
The base salary will be estimated between $70,400 - $80,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
