We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes mission description, responsibilities, qualifications, maybe benefits/pay. We need to include sections only if real content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Mission / About the role: "YOUR MISSION: Help shape the future of PUMA Performance Running. As a Footwear Designer 2, you will translate athlete insights, biomechanics, emerging technologies, and PUMA's design direction into distinctive, high-performing footwear. Working across race day, speed, cushioning, stability, and trail, you will balance performance, aesthetics, engineering, manufacturability, and commercial opportunity to create products that move runners and the brand forward. This role is for a curious, hands-on designer who challenges conventions, develops multiple solutions, and turns complex performance needs into clear, compelling product experiences. You will work closely with athletes, runners, and our global product creation team to bring ideas from initial brief through commercialization." We can put that under

About the role

with

. - Responsibilities: The bullet list under "Design and Product Creation", "Creative Storytelling", "Athlete Insights and Validation", "Cross-Functional Collaboration", "Project Ownership and Accountability". Those are sections with paragraphs and lists. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So each bullet list should be
    • . For paragraphs we use

. We need to decide grouping: Could have a single Responsibilities section with subheadings? But only allowed headings are the predefined list; we cannot add custom headings. So we must put all responsibilities under one

      Responsibilities

and then use paragraphs and lists. Similarly Requirements: maybe "YOUR TALENT:" includes qualifications, skills, etc. We need to separate Requirements (education, experience) and Skills (tools, abilities). The spec says we can have sections Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. The posting includes: - A Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Product Design, Footwear Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. - 2-4 years of professional footwear design experience, including demonstrated experience in technical Performance Running footwear or a closely related performance category. - A portfolio demonstrating original Performance Running concepts, athlete-led problem-solving, technical execution, compelling storytelling, and products developed toward commercialization. - Strong understanding of foot anatomy, running biomechanics, athlete needs, footwear fit, and the different demands of road, race day, cushioning, stability, and trail products. - Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, prototyping, manufacturing processes, product creation timelines, costing, and design for commercialization. - Excellent 2D sketching, rendering, visualization, technical-package, presentation, and verbal communication skills. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other standard business tools. - Working knowledge of, or a strong desire to develop proficiency in, 3D and emerging design tools such as digital prototyping, and responsible AI-supported workflows. - Physical prototyping and hands-on model-making capability, with the ability to demonstrate and evaluate ideas in tangible form. - Ability to present confidently to senior leadership, collaborate across disciplines and cultures, receive critique, and iterate quickly without losing sight of the design vision. - Genuine curiosity about runners, athlete performance, running culture, emerging technologies, and the evolving needs of the global running community. - Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for athlete sessions, races, development reviews, factories, suppliers, trade shows, and team events; approximately 15% annually. We can split: Requirements: education, years experience, portfolio. Qualifications: maybe the strong understanding, knowledge, etc. Skills: tools proficiency, communication, presentation, travel. But the spec says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. We can include multiple sections. Pay: The posting includes "The hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700 - $83,500 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate) Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience." So we have pay and benefits. Benefits: mention "Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate)" but not detailed. We could include a Benefits section with that line? It says "Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate)" - that's vague but it's still a mention of benefits. We should include Benefits section if there is real content. It mentions bonus and benefits. So we can include Benefits: "Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate)". Might be considered substantive enough. Schedule: No mention of schedule (full-time, part-time, etc). Not present, so we omit Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove those paragraphs. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, etc. The posting includes a lot of EEO statements at end; we must drop them. Also remove "APPLY ONLINE" instructions etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Qualifications section maybe for strong understanding/knowledge:

      Pay section:

      Pay

The hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700 - $83,500 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate). Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Benefits section: maybe we can include a brief statement about benefits. Since the posting mentions Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate) but no details. Could we include Benefits section with that same line? Might be redundant. Better to omit Benefits section because no specific benefits described. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits indirectly via "Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate)". That is a statement that benefits exist, but not details. Might be considered stating them. However we already included benefits in Pay line. Could still create a Benefits section with that same phrase? Might be duplication. Safer to include Benefits section with the same phrase? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Pay and Benefits into one Pay section that mentions bonus+benefits. That seems fine. We'll not create separate Benefits. Schedule: not present, omit. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate. We removed EEO etc. Check for any leftover like "PUMA provides equal opportunities..." etc. We removed. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML.
