About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee construction documents and ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of sustainable design strategies and green building initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
