Responsibilities

• Designs and produces graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media.
• Conceptualizes graphic design.
• Maintains reference files of templates.
• Creates layout design.
• Provides communication and works with a team.
• Designs and develops layouts and graphics while incorporating brand design of the Credit Union.
• Builds reference files and ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices.
• Demonstrates solid written and oral communication skills by presenting ideas in a clear and concise, positive manner.
• Mentors junior designers.
• Requires creativity, time management, critical thinking, and sound decision‑making.

Skills

• Strong skill level involving problem solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with various levels of management and other credit union personnel.
• Advanced graphic design skills and proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience reviewing and managing tasks in a project management software.
• Effective knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years of related experience.
• Does not require a valid driver's license.
• Education level: General and business knowledge equivalent to an associate's degree.
• Certifications: Technical Certification preferred.

Pay

The minimum salary for this position is $56,000+/yr, with potential for higher based on experience, skills, education, and location.
