About the role

We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to design and analyze structures that support and shape the built environment. Whether you're an experienced engineer or a recent graduate eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team, we welcome candidates of all backgrounds to bring their unique strengths to our projects.

Responsibilities

• Uses engineering systems and drawings to provide project coordination and structural design services and models for customers.
• Provides well-utilized designs of members and connections for detailing and manufacturing that meet customer requirements.
• Affirms building’s structural integrity and safety.
• Develops own basic product and procedure knowledge and improves technical knowledge.
• Focuses on achieving department objectives and profitability goals and continuous improvement as part of a high-performance work team.
• Affirms customer design service needs by meeting design schedules.
• Collaborates with project teams to discuss problems and challenges and help create solutions to move forward in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Provides technical assistance to customers on specific projects.

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Two years of pre-engineered building (PEB) or related work experience.
