About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and goals
• Develop and present design concepts to stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and gather necessary data for design projects
• Prepare construction documents and specifications
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable design practices
• Knowledge of green building certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.)
• Understanding of construction methodologies and techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
