About the role

This position is based in our North Bergen, New Jersey office with a hybrid schedule: Monday to Thursday on-site, Friday work-from-home.

Responsibilities

• Develop products across multiple categories from ideation to launch
• Finalize specifications for physical prototypes and samples to ensure ease of manufacturing
• Conduct market research on trends and innovations in design, both digitally and in stores

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a related field
• 2-3 years of design experience (industrial design/product design) in home furnishings
• Experience with digital 3D design: form design, renderings, and technical drawings
• Experience working across materials: ceramic, wood, metal, resin, glass, and textiles
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and CAD
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
