Designer de Sites

About the role

We are looking for a designer with solid experience, who is innovative, strategic, and highly creative, with a strong aesthetic sense and mastery of design tools and AI (standard LLMs, Gemini, GPT, Claude). Someone who understands client needs (in both aesthetics and business) and translates concepts into impactful key visuals and high-quality visual materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and customize responsive websites using WordPress
• Create and develop visual concepts and pieces with speed, quality, and innovation
• Suggest creative ideas/calls and develop innovative Key Visuals
• Ensure the aesthetic and technical quality of produced pieces
• Ensure deliveries are aligned with client branding and positioning
• Develop layouts for websites, considering UX/UI principles and responsiveness
• Conduct client meetings

Requirements

• Solid and proven experience
• Experience and deep understanding of UX/UI
• Solid knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to develop site-specific key visuals
• Portfolio demonstrating developed projects
• Graphic design skills and attention to detail
• Advanced mastery of tools
• Good balance between quality vs. speed
• Sense of urgency
• Proactivity in suggesting creative and innovative solutions
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience (desirable)
• Experience with Figma design tools
• Experience using AI platforms (standard LLMs, Gemini, GPT, Claude)
• Knowledge of SEO practices and web performance optimization
• Knowledge of motion design
• Familiarity with plugin integrations and APIs in WordPress
