Designer

About the role

As a key member of the Unispace team, you will be responsible for driving innovation in our product development process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and implement new features that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to develop and refine product specifications.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform product decisions.
• Write clear and concise technical documentation for product features.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development or product management.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with database design and optimization.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
