Designer

About the role

The ideal candidate is a multifaceted individual who fully understands the importance of developing great brand-centered creative. They should be fluent in 'brand' and comfortable with 'strategy' conversations, capable of translating brand strategy into powerful and purposeful graphic design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with project and account teams to understand client needs
• Contribute to design projects from conception through delivery, including the design of brand guidelines and activation materials
• Produce outstanding design solutions across multiple touchpoints, such as comprehensive brand launches and brand campaigns
• Contribute to a lively office culture that encourages taking an active role, experimenting, and growing as a designer
• Interface credibly and effectively with clients for presentations
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and design tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Designer, Graphic Design, or similar role
• A portfolio of completed, brand design projects in response to client RFPs preferred
• Skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Figma
• Nice to have skills in After Effects, InVision, Midjourney, and Google Suite
• BFA in Graphic Design preferred, or equivalent experience
• A solid understanding of typography, design elements and principles, and best practices across print and digital
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including solid verbal and written presentation skills
• Attention to visual details while maintaining a big picture overview of deliverables
• Ability to manage own time and workflow in collaboration with a team
