About the role

Monogram is the first visual interface for AI. Our brains are wired for vision, and we process visuals 60,000 times faster than text. Monogram combines voice with UI generated on the fly, creating a powerful and engaging user experience. The team is deeply technical, with members from San Mateo, backed by investors from companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Airbnb, Robinhood, Stripe, DoorDash, Shopify, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Design the interfaces and building blocks that power Monogram’s AI-native models.
• Craft elegant, polished, and beautiful interface transitions and motion.
• Invent the core navigation flow and interaction framework.
• Work hand in hand with engineers to bring your designs to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience designing interfaces for AI applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work in high-fidelity prototypes and designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of user experience principles and human-computer interaction.
