About the role

The Jones Payne Group is a collaborative focused on enhancing the places where we live, learn, and connect. We specialize in improving existing buildings, with a strong emphasis on people and community. Our team includes architects, project managers, construction managers, planners, community specialists, information technology experts, and other professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting field surveys
  • Developing design concepts
  • Creating presentation materials
  • Preparing construction documents
  • Aiding in construction administration

Requirements

  • A professional degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
  • Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills and technologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and experience supporting projects from design development to construction administration
  • Interest in adaptive reuse, preservation, or working with existing buildings is strongly valued
  • Ability to travel via car and/or airplane throughout the United States for varying durations, from one day to two weeks

Pay

$58,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience
