Designer
About the role
As a Designer at Foster + Partners, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary studio working on one of Nashville’s most high-profile schemes. You’ll contribute meaningfully across design stages on medium to large-scale projects, developing your skills alongside a globally connected team that values innovation, mentorship and thoughtful design.
What you will bring to the team
- 1-5 years of professional experience, ideally on medium to large-scale architectural projects
- A recognised degree in Architecture (AIA, NCARB, ARB, RIBA or equivalent)
- Strong design thinking with the ability to develop, articulate and present ideas clearly
- Proficiency in Revit, with experience using tools such as Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
