Designer

What You'll Do

• Research global markets to uncover emerging seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, techniques, product categories, and competitive inspiration
• Help develop concepts and sketches for the seasonal product line, and advocate for design ideas by presenting to internal leadership and cross-functional partners
• Partner with Production to create tech packs and communicate the vision behind fit and product design, ensuring execution, quality, and margin targets are met
• Ask effective questions and solicit feedback to fully understand project needs
• Manage administrative follow-up of the product design process, including presentation board creation, to keep the team organized and on schedule
• Juggle multiple seasons at once while tracking development deadlines in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

What You Bring

• An elevated sense of style, aesthetic, and color, with the ability to translate trends through the lens of the customer and brand
• Thorough knowledge of silhouette, fit, fabrication, construction, color, sewing techniques, and trim, with applied knowledge of garment construction
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
• A sharp eye for spotting and acting on inconsistencies in data or results
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working across multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
