Responsibilities
- Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicate design direction
- Develop reusable components and technical tooling to enhance design efficiency
- Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineers to ensure quality implementation of designs
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI capabilities to improve workflows
- Document best practices and mentor teammates to elevate design quality and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in product design, front-end engineering, or related discipline
- Proficient in building high-fidelity interactive prototypes using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
- Experience developing reusable components or design systems that enhance team efficiency
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and collaborative engineering practices
- Experience using AI-powered tools like ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot to streamline workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to bridge design and engineering
