What You\'ll Do
- Provide design check services for our dealers to ensure design quality and accuracy
- Aid sales representatives by ensuring their dealers receive proper training and support
- Test and validate 2020 Design catalogs for accuracy; log and track reported issues
- Act as a concierge for new dealers through their first orders, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen and bath design
- Experience designing with framed cabinetry, including both overlay and inset
- Proficiency with 2020 Design and ProKitchen software
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- A passion for training, mentoring, and supporting others
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, training, and support teams
- Knowledge of the installation of cabinetry
- Nice-to-haves: Experience working directly with cabinetry manufacturers or dealers, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams, familiarity with CRM tools
