Design Studio Manager
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the posting.
The posting includes:
- Intro about Splice (company description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe not present. Could treat as "About the role" or "About the company"? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose headings that match content.
We have:
- Position Summary: Seattle, WA (location). Could be part of "About the role" or maybe "Responsibilities". But we have "Essential Functions" which is responsibilities.
- Leadership, etc. That's responsibilities.
- Skills And Abilities: includes education, experience, etc. That's qualifications/skills.
- Benefits: listed.
- Pay: compensation range given.
- Schedule: not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule section.
- Also there is "Physical Demands & Work Environment" maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted or put under "Requirements"? But instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content for it. We could include a section like "Working Conditions" but not in the list of allowed headings. Probably better to omit or incorporate into "Requirements". However we must preserve all substantive information; we can't drop physical demands. We could include it under a heading like "Requirements" or "Qualifications". But we need to follow allowed headings list; we can still use other headings? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely we should stick to those headings. But we need to include physical demands somewhere; maybe under "Requirements" as part of job requirements. Could embed as a

inside Requirements. Similarly "Working Relationships" could be part of Responsibilities. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Remove those lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, position summary, essential functions (leadership, etc.), skills and abilities, benefits, pay. We need to not repeat job title as heading (not given). No Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft sections: -
About the role
: maybe include company description and position summary (Seattle, WA). Could combine. -Responsibilities
: include essential functions (leadership, quality control, working relationships, etc.) -Qualifications
: include education, experience, skills (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) plus maybe physical demands. -Skills
: maybe separate skills and abilities? But we have both Qualifications and Skills; we could combine. However we have a "Skills And Abilities" section; we could make that as Skills. -Benefits
: list benefits. -Pay
: compensation range. We should not include Schedule. We need to use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need
- . For qualifications list maybe also
- Oversee a team of individual contributors and act as point of escalation for the individuals, manage escalation as
- . For benefits list also
- . For skills list maybe
- .
We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like number of PTO days, holidays, etc.
Let's extract details:

We can keep that as prose under About the role.
Position Summary: "Seattle, WA Essential Functions The Design Manager is a people manager who oversees the day-to-day function of the Splice Design team, providing design services for sites across North America. We could incorporate that into About the role or Responsibilities. Probably better to put location in About the role.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: we need to preserve. Could be under Qualifications as a subsection maybe as a
. We'll include as a
under Qualifications. Skills: list competencies: - Decision quality - Makes good and timely decisions that keep project schedules moving forward . Skillfully separates opinions from facts . Benefits list: - 15 days of PTO - 9 Paid holidays - Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance - Profit Sharing - 401k + Employer Match - Paid Parental Leave - Wellness App with reimbursement of up to $500 per year Pay: Compensation range: $95,000 - $105,000 annually. Also note base salary determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions. Actual total compensation dependent upon individual's skills, experience, qualifications. We'll include that as prose. Now produce HTML. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO statements etc. Remove those lines. We also need to remove duplicated lines: there is a duplicated "Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." appears twice. We'll keep only once maybe but we can keep one; but it's under Physical Demands. We'll include a single sentence. Now craft HTML:
